My Lexus TX 500h has an intermittent problem. It seems to have trouble shifting between 1st gear and second gear. The plastic casing holding the driver seat cushion broke/detached itself after a couple of months of driving and even if put back in place it'll continue sliding and moving. It can interfere with my left foot while driving making it a hazard. Lexus reviewed the issue and said it was not covered by warranty.
