What to include
Reporting a correction
Specification errors matter to us more than almost anything else on this site. If a figure is wrong, tell us the page, the figure, and what the correct value is. A link to a manufacturer document or government dataset makes the fix immediate rather than a research job.
Data sources and licensing
If you hold vehicle, engine or machinery data and want it represented here, or you want to license structured data from us, say what the dataset covers, its market and year range, and what licence it carries.
Development work
We build vehicle and machinery data platforms: ingestion pipelines from public and commercial sources, entity resolution across catalogues, specification databases, and the search and comparison layers on top. If you are building in this space, describe the data you have and the problem you are trying to solve.
What we cannot help with
We do not diagnose individual vehicles, quote repair prices, or recommend a specific mechanic. The reference material on this site is written to help you understand a problem; the work itself needs someone who can see the vehicle.
Response time
Corrections are usually handled within a few days. Other enquiries depend on what is involved.
